Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Clients are entitled to request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving their physical delivery.
- The item must be in its original, pristine condition, unworn and undamaged, complete with the presentation box, dust bag, and all attached tags.
- Please reference your digital order receipt or order number for prompt concierge handling.
Exceptions
Returns or exchanges are regrettably declined in the following cases:
- If fine leather displays marks of wear, abrasion scratches, or exposure to liquids and damaging substances.
- Bespoke or personalized creations crafted with custom dimensions or monogram engraving.
- Passage of the statutory 14-day window from the confirmed delivery date.
Courier & Shipping Costs
In the event of a manufacturing defect or dispatch error, GARBALIA bears all courier fees. For voluntary exchanges (color or model preference), the client covers return shipping.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your bank account or digital wallet within 5 to 7 business days following atelier inspection and quality confirmation.
